Ted Sadler formerly lectured in philosophy at the University of Sydney and the Australian Catholic University. He is the author of Nietzsche: Truth and Redemption, Heidegger and Aristotle: the Question of Being, a thematic study of Nietzsche, Nietzsche and Nietzscheanism and a two volume biography The Tragedy of Friedrich Nietzsche. He has also published translations of three volumes of Heidegger’s collected works.

He has lived in Sydney and Berlin, and currently lives in Adelaide, South Australia.
